CURRENT STATUS

October 14 colony check

Citrus

Thriving — Both containers booming. The small could yield multiple packs; the big around two 10-packs. Sellable.

Powder Pink

Thriving — Very healthy long container with the cork bark loaded. Definitely sellable.

Flowery Blue

Thriving — Cork bark covered in tiny isopods with heavy activity underneath on both sides. Definitely sellable.

Zebra

Very Healthy — Active across the cork bark with damp soil; healthy on all ends. Sellable.

Dairy Cow

Very Healthy — Babies everywhere, damp soil, both sides thriving.

Papaya

Very Healthy — Lots of juveniles on both sides. Close to sellable at around two 10-packs.

Dalmatian

Very Healthy — Lots of little isopods and heavy springtail activity. A strong, steady grower.

Gem Mix

Healthy — Booming in the corners with good moisture. Healthy, not green-lit for sale yet.

Red Panda

Healthy — Big container very moist with heavy springtails (seeded the springtail culture from it); small container possibly sellable.

Marina Mermaid Mix

Healthy — Good numbers with a nice moisture gradient, moist one end and drier the other. Maybe 10 sellable.

Orange Koi

Needs Attention — Small container healthy (around 1–2 10-packs); big container disappointing and very dry despite a heavy watering.

Panda King

Stable — Healthy in both containers but soil ran dry; big one got a heavy moistening.

Magic Potion

Needs Attention — Big container healthy but off its peak; small container below expectations and drier than ideal.

Red Tiger

Rebuilding — Big container sparse with only one or two seen; small was a worry but babies turned up after mixing — repopulating.

Red Pakchong

Needs Attention — Alive but thin and slightly dry. Fed and moistened.

Paisley’s Mix

Healthy — Doing really well; needs a label and fresh cork bark.

Laevis Mix

Strong — Active with several large isopods; sellable.

COLONY TREND

Moisture still calls the shots.

Orange Koi big, Panda King big, and Magic Potion small all ran dry — moisture checks before feeding remain the routine. The sales pipeline is building: eight cultures are at or near sellable numbers with the holiday season approaching. Isopod food is running low and needs a restock before the next check.
